The system generates a QR code that changes periodically within the working hours defined by the company. For example, if the schedule is 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM to 2:00 AM, the QR will only be active during those ranges. Each company sets the QR refresh time in the configuration. The employee scans it with their phone’s camera, accesses a web page, enters their employee number, and the system automatically records whether it’s a check-in or check-out based on the day’s history. It can also be recorded manually if necessary.
Just a device with a camera (such as a phone or tablet) and access to a web browser. No app installation is required.
If the phone breaks or there’s any issue, the manager can manually record the check-in or check-out from the system panel. There’s always a solution.

Very secure. QR codes change frequently and can’t be reused. All information is stored in the cloud with modern technologies and encryption. Only authorized staff can access the data, and every record is timestamped to ensure traceability.
If the device generating the QR loses connection, it won’t be able to update. In that case, the check-in/out can be done manually from any other device with internet access. The system requires being online to function.
