Our Story
Norkent was born from a simple observation: modern attendance control systems are often expensive, complex and require several specialized equipment to function.
We believed that shouldn't be the only option. We designed Norkent to demonstrate that modern, secure and accessible management can be achieved from a single platform, without technical barriers or large investments.
Our focus is on businesses with between 10 and 100 employees —clinics, workshops, factories, restaurants— because we know they are growing organizations that need professional tools, but at the same time practical, easy to implement and sustainable over time.

Who's Behind
Founder of Norkent
My name is Thiago Silveira Machado. I'm someone who has always enjoyed learning, from programming to any new topic that sparks my interest. That curiosity led me to technology from a young age and continues to be part of who I am today.
I enjoy programming, creating systems and also developing games. Outside of the computer, one of my hobbies is playing soccer, where I'm a goalkeeper. Everything I do, whether personal or professional, is always driven by that desire to learn and improve.
Norkent is developed by the team at PYA. I'm the founder of Norkent and I started this project on my own; today we grow it as a team, with the idea of making it simple, useful and accessible for any business.
